Spiros and Mayank, the ex-Splunk pair behind it, have taken the company from a $141M seed valuation to $1.5B in 18 months. In August they hired away Cockroach Labs' president and CRO, Jason Forget, along with its SVP of worldwide sales, Jim Welch. Coinbase and DoorDash are already running their on-call incident agents in production.

Latent’s clinical reasoning engine earned them a $80M Series A this past March, co-led by Spark and Transformation Capital. Starcloud is back on the Hot 25, 5 quarters after its debut. They’re building data centers in orbit, using continuous solar power and the vacuum of space for cooling. Originally founded as Lumen Orbit, the team is stacked with talent from NASA, SpaceX and the world’s best universities. Benchmark’s Chetan Puttagunta just joined the board following a $170M Series A, and with only 30 employees, this rocket is looking ready for takeoff.
A platform to build AI apps from prototype into production. Langchain was founded in 2022 by Harrison Chase and Ankush Gola who met while working at Robust Intelligence. The company boasts a list of impressive clients and raised money from Benchmark and Sequoia.
